Bloomberg News includes a section on Social Justice & Diversity news.
Bloomberg also has a collection of resources on DEI in Employment, including practical guidance materials, professional perspectives articles, a state DEI-restrictive bill tracker, and more.
Several Practical Law toolkits address DEI topics. Toolkits bring together a collection of resources on a particular topic, including articles, sample documents, checklists, and more.
A collection of over 1,700+ practical guidance materials on Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation is also available through Practical Law.
The Lexis Equal Justice practice page includes news, civil rights treatises, reports, legislative resources and more.
Searching the Lexis Practical Guidance materials for "diversity, equity and inclusion" OR DEI also locates 80+ articles, sample documents, and checklists on this topic.
