Required Listening/Viewing

All incoming students are required to read Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s dissent in the recent Supreme Court of the United States Case Students for Fair Admissions Inc. (SFFA) v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and SFFA v. University of North Carolina. Students are also required to watch the video of Seattle University School of Law’s Rapid Response Constitutional Webinar, as well as read George Mason University law professor Ilya Somin’s article presented in conjunction with the Rapid Response Webinar.
